Hi, I'm David!

For nearly two decades, I’ve been helping high achievers from over 87 countries find true confidence, emotional clarity, and meaning in their personal and professional lives.

My career started in academia, where I was a university professor of philosophy with a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan specializing in moral psychology. But the real transformation began when I stepped out of the lecture hall and into the work of helping people one-on-one. I realised that understanding human behaviour intellectually is one thing — changing it emotionally is another.

Over the years, I immersed myself in the leading therapeutic and coaching modalities. I became a Level-3 Certified practitioner in one of the most effective evidence-based therapeutic systems available. I trained at advanced levels in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Non-Violent Communication.
